List making

I make lists.  It's kind of like my thing....  Most of them I make in my head, and I just remember them because I think of them over and over again when there's not other things to think about.  For example, while I'm falling asleep.

I have lists of things I want to do in the house.  Lists of things I want to buy.  Lists of things I want to do if/when I ever have so much money I can spend it on whatever I want.

On my, "If I'm One Day Rich" list there are a few things I hope I will get to do one day.  Or that at least someone else will do:

  • Start a spa for pregnant women and have it all separated by trimester
  • Open a store that sells only really cute baby clothes- only for boys.  I decided I would call this store, "No Girls Allowed"
  • Put solar panels over my house
  • Get a back-up generator
  • Drive like a jerk, because I would have enough money to pay all the speeding tickets
Yeah, I got a speeding ticket last week... and then I got a ticket for running a red light a few days before.  Really annoying, and really expensive!!! I was driving so good! I was super annoyed about the speeding ticket because I was entering a construction zone and thought to myself, "slow down, you can't afford a ticket" and I slowed down.  Then, as I was exiting the construction zone I started speeding up and immediately got pulled over.  He wrote the ticket for speeding in a construction zone.

I was annoyed because the person in front of me was going way faster and he was all like, "IF you're in a candy store and someone steals a candy bar does that mean you can steal one too?"  I wish I had said back, "If you're in a candy store and someone steals a candy bar and someone else steals 3 packs of cigarettes and a case of Jack Daniel's who are you going to go after?"  But I didn't say anything.  I just sat there all mopey and was like... "no..."  I hate police people sometimes.  ugh.

When I got the first ticket I was okay with it because the other day  I called the county animal control to come to the house and help me.  So I felt like since that was free, and I had to pay for the ticket it evened out.  But the second ticket was just ridiculous.

Yeah, sot he other day I was in the basement working and I heard these weird animal sounds coming from the storage area of our basement.  Totally freaked me out.  So I told Jack I thought there was a creature in our basement and he just brushed it off.  So the next day I was downstairs and I heard it again.  It was making scuttering and chirping sounds and I was just freaking out.  So I called animal control because I couldn't see any sign of an animal int he house other than the sounds.  They sent someone over, and it turns out  a bird had flown in our chimney and was hanging around stuck inside of it!  Crazy huh?  He was able to catch it luckily, but apparently the price of calling for help is getting tickets later!!!

Seriously there are cops out ALL over the place this week!  I was driving down a hill today and some girl driving the other direction flashed her headlights at me (in the middle of the day) and I couldn't figure out why, but then I saw there was a cop a block away.  I'd like to think she was signaling a warning to me.  I think I'm going to do that from now on!

Pass it on, and be careful ;)
